We are a 30 acre croft high up on the hill overlooking the Beauly Firth and beyond to the Black Isle and the surrounding hills and rivers. The view is magnificent and unparalleled. Our site is exclusive and peaceful, accommodating just two caravans.

We are centrally situated for touring the Highlands as well as only being a mile or so from Beauly village which boasts a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is fishing, bird watching, golf, pony trekking, lovely walks and drives all around the area.

The caravans are 30ft long, each is six berth (max 4 adults) and fully equipped with good quality furnishings and equipment. Both of our caravans have hot and cold running water, electricity and gas. The bathrooms include a shower and flush toilet to septic tank. The kitchen has a full size cooker and fridge. The lounge boasts a colour TV and gas fire, where you can sit in comfort and enjoy our truly magnificent views.

All towels, tea towels, bed linen and duvets are provided at no extra charge.

Our caravans are kept clean, neat and tidy and we ask our customers to leave them, on their departure, in this way. Pets are limited to one well behaved dog which should be, whilst on site, kept on a lead and under control.

Our caravans carry the same Weekly Price for the respective month they are available. This includes the cost of any gas or electricity and we do not charge VAT.
